![]() They are enforcement only or are paper pushers. ALL managers are not trained to lead, some are promoted because they kiss the uppers rear end. The priority is to get the trains out at no cost, so the middle management can appease the upper managers. This follows you through out your career and management will discipline you at every opportunity even though you may have many years with the company. If you do your job correctly and don't cut corners your tagged as a trouble maker. Have to wait to get a better job for better days off. Pays well can make close to 90k out of the gate but seniority system is bad.
